July 1960: Born in Jiangxi Province, China

July, 1987: BFA, Sculpture , Jingdezhen Ceramics College

Aug. 1987: Teacher in the Architecture Faculty of Tongji University, Shanghai

June 1992: Resigned from the University and set up Xiaopingstudio

After 2000: Split his time between China and the United States, traveling and doing exhibitions and workshops.
